									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just spoke with the City today. They had the water tested recently and the water is not safe to drink.</p>
<p>It is .5 mile East from the intersection shown on the map (412 &amp; 82). It is right off of 412 and easy to find. Southside of the road. There is a park there as well.</p>
