									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve tested the water for any signs of bacteria using a  Varify complete water testing kit mid October 2020. No presence of E. coli even though<br />
signs state otherwise. Also tested for Hepatitis A— no presence. Water is clean. The water flow was half of what is used to be a year ago so perhaps this is typical.</p>
