<p>I just went here. There&#8217;s a yellow, &#8220;watch for pedestrians&#8221; sign. Directly behind it is a wooden pole, and a small wooden structure. The spring is on the ground within this wooden structure. I posted picture so you can see what I&#8217;m describing. </p>
