									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was there just a couple days ago. The pipe is connected and the water is running just fine. I haven’t tested the water, I was just going off of when it was last tested, which through the comments was this past June, so that may have changed. It tastes clean and good and I’ve had no problems so far!</p>
