									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Spring is flowing and cold, but there are warnings put there by the city saying it isn&#8217;t currently potable due to excessive bacteria levels.  Looked fine, but I didn&#8217;t want to risk it.</p>

Free and easily accessible by car.
