No trespassing signs are still up as of 2020, the path down is very overgrown. City said owner of 2150 is not same owner as across street. Do you know who the owner of this property is? I’d like to collect water please. TY

This NOTL location has been blocked with cinderblocks, it would be very hard to collect now. Apparently Niagara Parks blocked it. Nearby parking is 1 lot over from whirlpool jet parking.
