I was in the south of Burgenland, Austria and visited Heiligenbrunn (Holy well). The town and the well have been mentioned first time in 1198. The well is easy to find, located next to the church in front of the small chapel, dedicated to Saint Ulrich. It is public.

I filled my bottles and was excited about the pleasant taste, very soothing and soft. The information next to the well says following: “Radiaesthetic examinations of the water showed a high percentage of healing power, which is said to be identical to that of Lourdes. It is assumed that 90-92% of substances to the body can be eliminated by drinking regularly from this well. Analyzes showed that the water comes from about 1800 m deep to the surface.”
