Bennett Tanton is a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. During his military career he served as a reconnaissance Marine and later as an infantryman, experiences that shaped his lifelong interest in resilience, preparedness, and the unseen forces that shape our world.
After his time in uniform, Bennett worked in the nuclear security and anti-terrorism fields before moving into the defense manufacturing and research ecosystem. Today he works within the research enterprise supporting the U.S. industrial base, helping strengthen the systems and partnerships that sustain America’s defense and manufacturing capabilities.
Bennett is also a writer, researcher, and podcast host. He is the creator of multiple podcasts that explore national security, culture, preparedness, and high strangeness, including the popular show Broadcasting Seeds. His work often sits at the intersection of history, geopolitics, faith, and the unexplained.
In addition to his media work, Bennett is deeply interested in cryptid research, supernatural phenomena, and the spiritual dimensions of reality. His writing and storytelling often explore how these mysteries intersect with human history, belief, and the natural world.
Bennett lives in New York with his wife and daughters.
