I just took a flight from the Southwest Airlines BOS Terminal The entire experience was simply outstanding. The terminal was clean, spacious, and simple to use, so there was no need to fear. Friendly, helpful personnel made check-in simple and pleasant, helped me with my bags, and answered all of my inquiries. There was a sense of order and rhythm to the security queues. I appreciated that there were plenty of comfortable seats in the waiting room as well as food and drink options nearby. The boarding process went smoothly, and the gate agents were courteous and accommodating. Yes, I will fly Southwest again from BOS!
