I’ve recently heard about a couple of springs in my area and I’ve been getting overwhelmed by the chlorine smell and taste in Chico’s city water. I’m thinking I’ve gotten to a point where I’d like to start going out of my way for some spring water or at least buying a water filter for my kitchen. The spring water is more appealing to me personally. I may also have a spring to add to the site, located in Butte Creek Canyon, but I’m not sure it’s potable. My mama said my great grandma would just use it to wash her windshield but I know horses used to be watered there too.
